Didn't realize you were involved in Word. Knew you were a Softy but wasn't aware of the actual product or area.
You cost me a good client with 1.0. Doctor doing cancer research. And, I didn't even spec Word--Dr.'s wife went to one of your seminars. They figured I must be stupid if I couldn't get it to do the formula entries like the adverts said.
Well, that was a long time ago but I do remember... :)
